ok, for those back home, here are a few `Engish phrases` that have caused some amusement, theres a heap of them so I`ve only picked 3 for today but this is the sort of light reading in our staffroom!!!

a. Spotted in a toilet in a London office "Toilet out of order, please use floor below"....
b. In a school office "After tea break staff should empty the teapot and stand upside down on the draining board"...
c. In a Birmingham department store "Bargain basement upstairs"...

The list goes on and on but I think the first one is my all time favourite. When our students start to understand the humour then we level them up to Level 3 (Level 1 is a native speaker).
More funny quotes next time.
Today is just a fabulous summers day with virtually no pollution and the sky is blue, the mountains are green and I`m off to enjoy my first pay packet. Later kids.

I had intended to go to the somewhat exciting Beppu today but due to the sudden onset of a disgustingly large amount of rain I have decided `bugger that` I will show my true geek colours and play with my website, hopefully you will notice the slight movements of the banner, the new picture additions, and an attempt at colour change, but not being a true geek HTML is all scary talk to me still, none the less I`m rather proud of tigger`s guestbook and expect you all to sign it!
